Job summary

Rich Aim International Limited is seeking a proactive procurement professional to own the purchasing lifecycle for food and non-food categories, ensuring smooth daily operations from sourcing to delivery.

You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to maintain stock levels, drive cost efficiency, and uphold quality standards across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of food procurement experience in FMCG/F&B/food manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Microsoft AX is an advantage.
• Less experienced candidates may be considered as Senior Purchasing Officer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement for assigned categories, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing dead stock and wastage.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to drive new product development and product enhancement initiatives.
• Proactively source, liaise, and negotiate with suppliers to secure best terms and achieve cost/quality targets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and conduct regular market cost reviews to keep the company competitive.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead regular business reviews.
• Manage product complaint investigations and participate in plant audits with QA team.
• Drive ad-hoc projects and strategic tasks as assigned by management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement for assigned categories, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing dead stock and wastage
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to drive new product development and product enhancement initiatives
• Proactively source, liaise, and negotiate with both existing and new suppliers to secure the best commercial terms and achieve stringent cost & quality targets
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and conduct regular market cost reviews to keep the company competitive
• Monitor supplier performance and lead regularly business reviews
• Manage product complaint investigations and participate in plant audits alongside the Quality Assurance team
• Drive ad-hoc projects and strategic tasks as assigned by management

About you

• Bachelor's degree holder in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of food procurement experience within the FMCG, F&B, or food manufacturing sectors
• A proactive self-starter with sharp attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Microsoft AX is an advantage
• Less experience candidate will be considered as Senior Purchasing Officer
