Job summary

Lisboa Food & Wines Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Procurement Manager to lead the procurement team and ensure smooth daily operations. You will manage sourcing, price negotiation, PO processing, delivery confirmation and supplier development, while overseeing food and non-food item procurement and goods receiving.

The role requires a Diploma or higher, minimum 3 years in catering or F&B, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the catering or F&B industry.
• Solid knowledge of material systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
• Strong leadership, proactive mindset, and ability to organize and motivate a team.
• High integrity, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
