Qualifications

• Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 1) is required.
• Corporate Member of CIH, HKIH or HKIS(GP) is preferred.
• At least 5 years’ experience in managing sizable residential developments.
• Mature, independent and with excellent knowledge of Deed of Mutual Covenants and Building Management Ordinance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with residents, tenants and the public.
• Enthusiastic, a strong team player with excellent business sense; able to work under pressure; good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
• More experience will be considered as Property Manager
• Immediately available is preferred
