Job summary

Camino International Limited, based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join its Marketing & Communications team. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a marketing coordination, project coordination, or similar administrative support role within marketing or communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Project planning software.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions.
• Team player mentality with a collaborative approach to working across departments.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling methodologies and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong's regulatory and compliance requirements in manufacturing and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the planning, scheduling and coordination of production projects from initiation through to completion.
• Supporting the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, timelines and resource allocation plans.
• Monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays or bottlenecks, escalating issues to senior management as required.
• Liaising with internal teams, including production, logistics and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, records and reports for audit and compliance purposes.
• Assisting in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supporting the senior project management team in budget tracking and cost control activities.
• Coordinating with external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Contributing to health, safety and environmental compliance across all project activities.
