Job summary

Camino International Limited, based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join its Marketing & Communications team. This full-time role supports production planning and scheduling within manufacturing, transport and logistics, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

You will assist in planning, scheduling and coordinating projects, liaising with production, logistics and QA teams, and contributing to process

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a marketing coordination, project coordination, or similar administrative support role within marketing or communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Project planning software.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions.
• Team player mentality with a collaborative approach to working across departments.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling methodologies and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong's regulatory and compliance requirements in manufacturing and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the planning, scheduling and coordination of production projects from initiation through to completion.
• Supporting the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, timelines and resource allocation plans.
• Monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays or bottlenecks, escalating issues to senior management as required.
• Liaising with internal teams, including production, logistics and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, records and reports for audit and compliance purposes.
• Assisting in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supporting the senior project management team in budget tracking and cost control activities.
• Coordinating with external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Contributing to health, safety and environmental compliance across all project activities.
