Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced PMC Manager to lead production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across APAC manufacturing operations. You will optimize capacity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive on-time delivery while monitoring KPIs.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years in supply chain or manufacturing planning, strong leadership, ERP/MRP experience (SAP advantageous), and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, PMC, or manufacturing operations, preferably within an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of planning, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to Frequent Travel.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to support business objectives.
• Optimize manufacturing capacity and ensure efficient production operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and smooth execution.
• Monitor inventory, material availability, and key operational KPIs.
• Develop planning strategies to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Coordinate with regional teams to support planning and operational control activities.
• Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Utilize planning systems and data analysis to enhance decision-making and planning accuracy.
