Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a proactive Product Executive to join our team in Hong Kong. You will provide administrative support to the product management team, handle inquiries from resellers and customers by email and phone, and assist with logistics and order processing.

This role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or IT, 1-2 years in customer support, strong communication, and solid MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or IT preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer support experience in IT/technical industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal & written.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to product management team.
• Handle resellers'/ customers' inquiries, both in email and via telephone, written & verbal
• Handle logistics / order processing duties
• Coordinate / communicate with resellers' logistics team for inquiries, problem-solving
• Handle other administrative support to Product Managers, in events, campaigns, reporting, documentation and other data processing duties when necessary.

• Good knowledge and skills in MS Excel, e.g. pivot table, V-Look Up, namely High sensitivity to numbers, good attention to details
• Problem-solving skill sets and mindset, able to work independently as well as a good team player
