Job summary

Ingram Micro in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Product Executive to support the product management team. You will handle inquiries, support orders, and coordinate with resellers.

This role emphasizes strong communication, numbers sensitivity, and teamwork in a fast-paced IT environment. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, with 1-2 years in customer support or service, and solid Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in customer support or service, ideally in IT/Technical industries.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Excel ( Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP ).
• Good numerical sensitivity and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the product management team.
• Handle resellers’ / customers’ inquiries via email and telephone.
• Manage logistics / order processing duties.
• Coordinate with resellers’ logistics teams for inquiries and problem solving.
• Support Product Managers with events, campaigns, reporting, and data processing.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Product Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the product management team
• Handle resellers’ / customers’ inquiries, both in email and via telephone, written & verbal
• Handle logistics / order processing duties
• Coordinate / communicate with resellers’ logistics team for inquiries, problem-solving
• Handle other administrative support to Product Managers, in events, campaigns, reporting, documentation and other data processing duties when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business administration, IT industry ideal but not a must
• 1-2 years of working experience in customer support, service support, ideally in the IT / Technical industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal & written.
• Good knowledge and skills in MS Excel, e.g. pivot table, V-Look Up, namely
• High sensitivity to numbers, good attention to details
• Problem-solving skill sets and mindset, able to work independently as well as a good team player
