Rat Pack LC Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to support end-to-end payroll operations in Hong Kong. You will ensure accurate and timely salaries while complying with HK Labour Ordinance, MPF, and IRD requirements.

Responsibilities include maintaining master data, processing weekly and monthly payroll, EMPF contributions, tax filings, and preparing payroll reports for the Finance team. Fluent English and Chinese are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
• 1 to 2 years of payroll experience, ideally within the F&B, retail, or hospitality industries.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Law, MPF regulations, and IRD tax ordinances.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and hands-on experience with payroll software/HRIS.
• High integrity, sharp attention to detail, strong numerical sense, and the ability to handle highly confidential data.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Handle weekly & monthly payroll execution for employees, including calculating salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and unpaid leave deductions.
• Manage EMPF, including enrollment for new joiners, calculating employer/employee contributions, and handling terminations.
• Prepare and submit annual tax employer’s returns (Forms 56B, 56F, and 56G) to the IRD.
• Calculate final payments (long service payment, severance pay, and payment in lieu of notice) for departing staff.
• Serve as the point of contact for employees' payroll and tax questions.
• Assist in preparing monthly payroll reports for the Finance team.
