CITIC Securities International in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Operations Officer to support daily settlement, post-trade processing, and back-office activities. You will monitor procedures, resolve settlement issues with external counterparties, and respond to client inquiries regarding settlement status.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance or Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the securities/futures industry.
• Robust computer literacy and high numeracy.
• Good inter-personal and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Less experience will be considered as Operations Officer.

Aufgaben

• Assist supervisor to monitor internal operations procedures in strict compliance with Company’s guidelines and policies.
• Supervise the team members on transaction processing and clearing activities including Stock, Bond and Structure Note, Fund, IPO, etc.
• Resolve trade processing and settlements issues with external parties including counterparties and clients.
• Attend to client’s enquiry on settlement and account status matter.
• Manage operational activities in relevant internal and external back office systems with meticulous oversight.
• Assist supervisor on new products / services to be offered to clients, including the UAT process.
• Develop and implement comprehensive operational procedures.
