Job summary

Most Famous Ltd is seeking a creative marketing professional to manage content and campaigns for its coffee shops in Hong Kong and Guangzhou. The role involves on-site storytelling, photography, copywriting, and coordinating seasonal promotions with a cross-border team.

You will travel regularly to Guangzhou, collaborate with store managers and baristas, monitor performance across HK and Mainland platforms, and optimize ROI while delivering engaging content in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B/hospitality or specialty coffee.
Proven track record managing HK social platforms (IG/FB) and Mainland China platforms.
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

Plan content calendars and create photography/videos (Reels/Shorts) with engaging copy.
Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies and seasonal campaigns for HK & Guangzhou stores and the HK Roastery.
Drive local store marketing initiatives, co-branding projects, and pop-up events.
Work on-site at Hong Kong stores to capture authentic moments and gather customer feedback.
Travel regularly to Guangzhou stores for promotional execution and content shoots.
Collaborate with store managers and baristas to align marketing campaigns with store operations.
Monitor social media metrics, ROI, and customer engagement across HK and Mainland platforms.
Support cross-border promotional efforts targeting HK locals and Mainland visitors.
