Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology initiatives in a large regional retail environment. You will coordinate infrastructure, network and digital transformation projects while partnering with regional stakeholders and external vendors.

The role requires strong communication in English and Cantonese, plus experience in enterprise-scale settings. Immediate availability is preferred, with opportunities across regional transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related discipline.
• 5+ years of IT Project Management, Project Coordination or Project Delivery experience.
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure, network, workplace technology, cloud, security or retail technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• PMP, Prince2 or other project management certifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage end-to-end IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate infrastructure, network, workplace technology, store systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• Work closely with business users, regional stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors.
• Track project timelines, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reporting and project governance activities.
• Support system upgrades, technology refreshes, new store openings, store renovations and operational improvement projects.
• Assist in requirements gathering, UAT coordination and deployment planning.
• Drive continuous improvements in project management processes and delivery standards.

The Successful Applicant

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese
• Experience from telecommunications, retail, system integration or large corporate environments will be highly regarded
• PMP, Prince2 or other project management certifications would be an advantage
• Immediately available or short notice candidates are preferred
