Job summary

Qualifications

• A recognised university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in training coordination, project management, stakeholder engagement, or related fields.
• Experience in regulatory bodies, public administration, professional training institutions, or the property management sector desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating the setting up of the professional academy.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the academy.
• Support the design and development of structured training programmes and assessment tools.
• Assist in the development and deployment of the new Learning Management System (LMS), including UAT and integration.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including government departments and professional organisations.
• Support the delivery of promotional events to enhance the academy's visibility.
• Prepare user guides, operational manuals and progress reports as needed.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
