Plan and implement training plan, monitor progress and evaluation
Conduct induction training and develop online learning programs
Administer training subsidy applications and training courses enrolment
Upkeep training records and update training report regularly
Perform talent acquisition, talent development and management
Compile periodic HR analytics and ad hoc management reports
Participate in ad hoc HR projects from time to time
Ideal candidates are expected to possess:
Degree holder in any discipline
At least 5 years’ relevant experience in training & development
Hands-on experience in training coordination and administration
Knowledge in course development, design and evaluation
Good knowledge of Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) for Banking Practitioners an added advantage
Excellent presentation and communication skills
A collaborative team player who can also work independently
Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related regulations & guidelines
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
Selected candidate may be considered for a more senior/junior position depending on the experience
