Job description
- Process policy alternations according to policyowners' instructions within the time frame predefined by the company
- Support / assist in ad hoc project(s), if assigned, including preparation of user requirement and test plan, conducting user-acceptance test (UAT), etc.
- Assist in daily operation monitoring and quality assurance checking
- Handle enquiries from distributors and internal departments
- Handle group life administration matters such as member movement and renewal arrangement
