Job summary

Christian Family Service Centre 基督教家庭服務中心 is seeking a fundraising supervisor/manager to lead public campaigns and cultivate donors. You will partner with corporate sponsors, coordinate CSR activities, and oversee events from planning to execution.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and CRM/data analysis skills, with a focus on meeting income targets and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in NGO fundraising campaigns.
• Experience organizing public appeals and managing corporate volunteering.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Excel and using CRM systems for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and deliver public fundraising campaigns and appeals to meet income targets.
• Develop partnerships with new corporate and community partners and secure sponsorships.
• Oversee event logistics, budget control, and volunteer mobilization.
• Support donor cultivation, CRM management, and campaign ROI analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for campaign rollout.

Job description

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Public Relations, Business, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in NGO fundraising campaigns, with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets;
• Direct experience in organizing public appeals and managing corporate volunteering activities;
• A good team player with strong project management skills, good organizational skills, self-motivated, detailed-minded, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Excellent in Excel, CRM system and using relevant tools for data analysis.

Job Duties:

• Fundraising Campaigns: Plan, lead, and deliver public fundraising campaigns and appeals (e.g., Flag Day, Charity Raffle Sales, festive charity sales) to meet designated income targets;
• Partnership Development & Networking: Proactively explore, network, and engage new corporate and community partners; pitch for cash and in-kind sponsorships; design and coordinate impactful corporate volunteering and CSR collaborations;
• Event Operations & Compliance: Oversee end-to-end event logistics, budget control, volunteer mobilization, and statutory licensing/permits;
• Donor Relations & Analytics: Assist the Manager in formulating and developing donor cultivation; manage donor database/CRM, evaluate campaign ROI, analyze donor trends and prepare reports;
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal service units, volunteers, and external parties for effective campaign rollout.
