E-Cruit Team Pte Ltd is seeking a communications professional to develop strategies that strengthen brand awareness and promote the organisation’s social mission. You will manage content across social media, website, newsletters, and marketing materials, while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.

The role includes managing agencies, producing annual reports and videos, and leading fundraising and volunteer engagement initiatives from planning to evaluation.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Communications or related field is required.
• Min 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in charity/non-profit environment is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement communications strategies to strengthen brand awareness and social mission.
• Create content across social media, website, newsletters, and marketing collaterals.
• Manage external agencies and freelancers for content creation.
• Oversee development of annual reports, brochures, newsletters and videos.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, board members, partners, donors, volunteers and media.
• Plan and manage fundraising and volunteer engagement events from concept to post-event evaluation.
• Develop and implement volunteer recruitment, onboarding, deployment, engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Oversee the Volunteer Management System (VMS) and ensure accurate records and reporting.
• Support fundraising campaigns, donor engagement and stewardship initiatives.
• Support social enterprise initiatives that empower beneficiaries and showcase their talents.
• Track the effectiveness of communications, fundraising and engagement initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Lead, coach and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

• Oversee the development of key materials such as annual reports, brochures, newsletters, factsheets and videos.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, Board members, partners, donors, volunteers and media.
• Plan and manage fundraising and volunteer engagement events from concept and budgeting through execution and post-event evaluation.
• Develop and implement volunteer recruitment, onboarding, deployment, engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Oversee the Volunteer Management System (VMS) and ensure accurate records and reporting.
• Support fundraising campaigns, donor engagement and stewardship initiatives.

Requirements

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Salary Range: Up to $6000
• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
