Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Contract Manager to lead planning and execution of revenue-based telecom service contracts, aligning scopes with business and regulatory requirements.

You will negotiate terms, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and support senior management with contract strategies, market awareness, and clear business writing; fluency in English and Chinese is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline with at least 6 years of telecom experience and contract management.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with commercial sense.
• Experience in local telecom service subscription, contract administration, and familiarity with telecom regulation.
• Proficiency in presentation and business writing.
• Good problem solving, negotiation skills, integrity and accountability.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute revenue-based telecom services and ensure contract scopes align with business environment and technology advancement.
• Lead contract preparation and negotiation efforts.
• Collaborate with Telecom partners on contract design and planning; coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve legal, commercial and technical matters.
• Support Senior Manager to review business and contract strategies for informed decision making by Senior Management.
• Support exploration and promotion of Telecom Service offerings to Airport Community and business partners.
• Review and approve service requests from BPSS; liaise with technical support and escalate issues and new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning & executing the revenue-based telecom services to ensure contract scopes are well aligned with business environment and technology advancement.
• Act in the lead role for contract preparation and negotiation
• Collaborate closely with the Telecom business partners on contract design and planning and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve legal, commercial and technical matters
• Support the Senior Manager to review business and contract strategies on telecom services in the best interest of Authority to facilitate informed decision by Senior Management
• Support the Senior Manager to explore and promote Telecom Service offerings to Airport Community and business partners such as government departments, airlines and other operators
• Review and approve service requests from Business Partner Self Service (BPSS) portal. Liaise with technical support and handle and elevate problem for technical issues and new initiatives

Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines, with at least 6 years' relevant working experience in Telecom industry and with extensive experience of contract management including contract development
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with good commercial sense
• Experience in handling Local Telecom service subscription, contract administration and familiar with Telecom regulatory and licensing are preferred
• Proficiency in preparing presentation & business writing is an advantage
• Good problem solving and negotiation skills, high level of integrity and sense of accountability
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
