Responsibilities:
- Support on core HR functions including but not limited to business partnering, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance etc.
- Execute HR strategic initiatives, act as change agent to support business enhancing operational efficiency and raising financial performances
- Act as a vital bridge between management and employees to facilitate employee communications
- Align resources planning, policy implementation and continuous procedure improvements, to help fostering high-performing workplace culture
- Compile periodic and ad hoc management reports
- Manage onboarding, offboarding of local hires plus expatriate management
- Carry out ad hoc HR projects / initiatives on an as-needed basis
Ideal candidates are expected to possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with HR relevant training a plus
- At least 5 years HR generalist experience with exposure to talent acquisition and HR business partnership, preferably in banking, finance, or professional industry
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to work with different stakeholders
- Detail-minded, self-motivated and innovative
- Multi-tasking and good at work prioritization
- A team player who is also able to work independently
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related regulations & guidelines
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
