Job summary

A leading financial institution in Hong Kong is looking for candidates to handle account enquiries and related correspondence. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Business Administration or Finance and possess at least one year of relevant experience, preferably in banking. Strong analytical skills and good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua are essential. The role involves various responsibilities including processing court orders and blocking accounts as needed. Attractive remuneration packages are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's relevant working experience preferably in banking.
• The candidate holding a degree or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5 is a must.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for replying to letters and handling account enquiries.
• Process court orders and search warrants against customer accounts.
• Block accounts for deceased, bankrupt, or tax recovery purposes.
• Retrieve required account information from various systems.
• Take up other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

• Responsible for reply letters , handle account enquiries, written enquiries/correspondences from various units/ external parties, e.g. regulatory bodies, solicitors, etc.
• Processcourt order/search warrantagainstourcustomer account(s)

• Retrieve required account information/ documents from various systems
• Take up other duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience preferably gained from banking
• Self-motivated, innovative, detail-minded and with strong analytical skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Frontline Support Services.

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
