Job summary

A financial institution in Hong Kong is seeking a Compliance Manager to advise senior management on compliance issues, support business units in developing policies, and provide training to bank staff. Responsibilities

• Advise the senior management and relevant business units on compliance related issues
• Provide support to business units in the development, implementation and regular review of products, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and internal requirements
• Provide compliance training to the bank staff on a need basis

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Law, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• Minimum 5 years' solid experience in compliance or internal auditing in the banking sector
• Sound knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations pertinent to bank
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager, Compliance

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
