Job summary

A prominent bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist customers and manage bank hall activities. The ideal candidate will have secondary education or above, with solid experience in sales and customer service. Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is required. The position involves account opening functions and ensuring customer satisfaction, with opportunities for more experienced candidates to be considered for Assistant Financial Services Manager.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in sales and customer service function is preferred.
• Passes in MPF, Insurance and Securities Intermediaries Examinations are preferable.
• ECF achievement is a definite advantage.
• Customer-oriented with proactive interpersonal skills.
• Passes in MPF, Insurance and Securities Examinations preferable; ECF achievement advantageous.

Job Requirements

• Secondary education or above or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 2
• Solid experience in sales and customer service function is preferred
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Customer-oriented, proactive with good interpersonal skills to enhance customer relationship
• Passes in MPF, Insurance and Securities Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4) are preferable
• ECF achievement is the definite advantage

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Financial Services Manager
