Responsibilities

• Ensure clearing services are completed according to established procedures and guidelines, meeting quality standards, turnaround times and industry cut‑off times.
• Participate in ongoing operation enhancement projects to streamline workflow and provide better support to frontline business units.
• Assume ad‑hoc duties and project assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business or related discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience gained from the banking industry.
• Knowledge of bank operations, commercial law governing negotiable instruments and banking practices.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, independent and proactive attitude.

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Deputy Clearing Services Manager.

The post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
