Job summary

Lever Style Limited is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager based in Shenzhen, with daily shuttle commuting from Hong Kong. The role involves overseeing all logistics policies, procedures, and activities to maximize efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness across the organization.

You will lead a sizable logistics team, liaise with external vendors, and ensure compliance while integrating logistics with broader business goals.

Senior Logistics Manager(based at Shenzhen)

ThisroleisbasedinShenzhenoffice(withdailyshuttlecommutingfrom/toHongKong). Our daily commuting shuttle picks up at Kwun Tong APM at 7:45 am, then stops at The University MTR station at 8:00 am, arrives at the Shenzhen office at 9:00 am. In the afternoon, it heads back to HK at 6:00 pm(on Fridays, it leaves half an hour earlier at 5:30 pm).

Head of Logistics/Sr Logistics Mgr to manage all supply and logistics policies, procedures, and activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the organization's logistics.

Key responsibilities

Strategically plan and manage shipping and transportation

Monitor the performance of all logistics activities to meet business requirement

Research, negotiate, maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate relationships and contracts with external vendors (freight forwarder / warehouses / customs broker / tracking company / overseas agent / airline)

Supports, advises and directs business to ensure regulatory compliance

Liaise with other senior executives across the organization to ensure logistics strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall objectives

Execute staffing, employee development/evaluation, coaching and other people management responsibilities
