Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group is seeking an Assistant Manager, Branch Management (Project) to join the Branch Management Department’s Sales Optimization & Support Team. You will coordinate retail banking projects and serve as the key liaison between BMD and multiple business units, translating updates into compelling presentations for management meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline with 3 years of experience in banking or financial services.

• Proactive attitude with high attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced PowerPoint design and data visualization; mastery of Excel formulas and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

Assistant Manager, Branch Management (Project)

To be a core member of Sales Optimization & Support Team under Branch Management Department (“BMD”), the team acts as a key enabler for BMD team, providing support in project coordination, strategic presentation development, and data-driven analysis to facilitate informed decision‑making across various business initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating retail banking and branch projects, serving as the primary liaison between BMD and various business units

Synthesize complex project updates into PowerPoint presentations for management meetings ensuring key takeaways and strategic recommendations are articulated effectively.

Translate technical and financial data into clear visual narratives, structured frameworks, and easily digestible formats.

Gather qualitative and quantitative data from multiple internal and external sources including banking systems, market research, and regulatory reports.

Formulate data‑backed conclusions and actionable insights, presenting clear business cases to support management's strategic planning.

Support BMD to maintain internal Portal maintenance

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline, with 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector.

Strong analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across different departments.

Proactive attitude with high attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.

Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, including template design and data visualization. Mastery of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
