Job summary

The Luxe Manor in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations at the hotel’s guest rooms and public areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service for every guest.

You will oversee a dedicated housekeeping team, monitor external contractors, and provide on-the-job training to maintain consistency and quality across all guest experiences in this full-time role based in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Housekeeping.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Proficient in computer skills.
