Job summary

OCBC Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a customer service professional to handle inquiries via email relating to banking products and services, delivering accurate, timely and professional responses. You will proactively identify customer needs, offer suitable banking solutions, and help enhance the overall customer experience through thoughtful, attentive service.

In this role you will manage account maintenance tasks, assist with inbound hotline requests when needed, and provide teamwork-oriented

Qualifications

Minimum secondary education.
Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
Minimum one year of customer service experience in banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via email relating to banking products and services with accurate, timely, and professional responses.
Provide proactive servicing by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate banking solutions.
Handle requests including account-related inquiries and e-banking applications in line with standards and procedures.
Provide support for inbound hotline inquiries when necessary and assist with account maintenance post-authentication.
Provide administrative support to the team and assist with operational and documentation tasks.
