Job summary

Savills Property Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager, Asset Management Services to support lease administration, client advisory and day-to-day property operations. The role involves preparing lease documents and advising on tenancy matters, supervising operation staff, and coordinating maintenance schedules with a focus on delivering professional service to clients.

Candidates should have a degree in relevant disciplines, at least 5 years in property/ tenancy

Qualifications

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Min. 5 years working experience in property agency, tenancy management and building management preferred.
• MHKIH / MHKIS / MCIH / RPHM qualifications are advantageous.
• Estate Agent’s Licence is preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels.
• Knowledge of PC is essential.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lease documentation and handle enquiries with clients.
• Provide professional advice to clients on tenancy matters.
• Supervise and coordinate with operation staff.
• Monitor the preparation of maintenance schedules for properties.
• Prepare annual budgets report for management review.
