Job summary

Urban Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Property Asset Manager / Assistant Property Asset Manager to integrate people, processes and assets to deliver quality services.

You will oversee operations, supervise staff, manage inquiries, budgets, contracts, and compliance with ordinances. The role requires a degree in a relevant field, memberships, and 1–3 years managerial experience. Strong English and Chinese communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holders with professional memberships preferred.
• Recognized memberships: HKIH, CIH, RPHM, RICS (GP),HKIS (GP) /HKIFM / IFMA orRPHM.
• 1–3 years’ managerial experience in large property/facilities projects.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day property and facilities management operations.
• Manage customer enquiries/complaints and budget preparation.
• Supervise staff and service contractors; ensure service quality.
• Ensure compliance with relevant ordinances, regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement improvement plans; review contracts and propose enhancements.
• Handle emergencies and issue resolutions; liaise with owners and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong communication among Urban, owners representatives and owners.
• Perform ad hoc projects as required.
