Job summary

Phoenix Property Investors (H.K.) Limited is seeking a Real Estate Asset Manager to plan and execute asset management for the Hong Kong commercial portfolio. You will source tenants, manage tenant operations, coordinate marketing collaborations and oversee outsourced property management services.

The role requires a university degree in real estate or related disciplines and a minimum of four years' experience in asset management or leasing.

Qualifications

University degree in real estate, surveying, marketing or any related disciplines.
Minimum 4 years of work experience in asset management or leasing and marketing in developers, consultancies, real estate funds etc.
Good networks with real estate agents and potential tenants.
Proficient in marketing tools and techniques, including social media, digital marketing, and data analysis would be an advantage.
Work experience in other business sectors with passion in real estate will also be considered.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute asset management for Hong Kong commercial portfolios.
Source tenants, manage tenant operations, and coordinate marketing collaborations.
Handle leasing and marketing liaisons, negotiations, and documentation.
Prepare monthly reforecast and annual ABP for handled portfolios.
Oversee property management services by outsourced partners.
Conduct market research and data analysis.
Manage digital promotion platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Any other duties or special projects assigned by the Company.
