Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned professional to lead, develop, and execute agent and client events to drive productivity. This role requires strong project management, event design, and excellent stakeholder coordination.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or above and 5+ years’ event management experience, with proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Chinese typing. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance, Marketing, Wealth Management or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in event and project management.
• PC skills in MS Office, including Power Point, Excel and Chinese character typing.

Agent and Client Events

• Design and execute end to end agent and client seminars and events including:
• Project management
• Poster design and communication
• Follow up on Payment
• Coordinate and communicate with event stakeholders including external speakers, professional partners, internal key parties and agents.
• Follow through with post event evaluation, analysis or continuation into other business development activities

Business Development Event Calendar

• Demonstrate understanding of business needs to propose appropriate Learning and Development and Client events suitable for different agency segments
• Coordinate and populate Event Calendar and planning

Ad hoc Projects

• Handle projects as assigned related to business development scope

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance, Marketing, Wealth Management or related discipline
• 5+ years' experience in event and project management
• PC skills in MS Office, including Power Point, Excel and Chinese character typing
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, mature, initiative & customer service oriented
• Strong communications skills with fluent Cantonese and Mandarin
