China CITIC Bank International is seeking a seasoned Real Estate and Corporate Services Lead in Hong Kong. You will develop a strategic real estate plan aligned with long-term bank goals, lead leasing operations, and market bank-owned properties while managing repossessed assets.

You will also oversee procurement planning, budgeting for occupancy and operating costs, and deliver regular portfolio performance reports.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in lease and financial management preferred.
• Excellent project, stakeholder and people management skills.

• Provide regular management reports on portfolio performance, project status, cost savings achieved, and potential risks.
• Plan and coordinate internal events and employee activities.
• Lead the transition plan for the new canteen setup and oversee cost and performance management of canteen operation.
• Establish operating standards and daily routines for canteen service and monitor the performance of service provider.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic real estate plan aligned with the bank's long-term goals, policies and procedures.
• Lead the team and manage the leasing-related matters, including lease terms negotiations, new sites feasibility studies and leasing document management.
• Proactively market vacant bank-owned properties and assist to manage the repossessed properties.
• Prepare and manage the procurement plan, annual budget for occupancy and other operating costs on both bank-wide and departmental perspectives.
• Provide regular management reports on portfolio performance, project status, cost savings achieved, and potential risks.
• Plan and coordinate internal events and employee activities
• Lead the transition plan for the new canteen setup and oversight the cost and performance management of canteen operation.
• Establish operating standards and daily routines for canteen service and monitor the performance of service provider on overall canteen operations
• Serve as the liaison between the bank and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including acting as the key contact point for all audit-related activities and reviews
• Identify and mitigate property-related risks (financial, operational, reputational).
• Act as the controller by working closely with other teams within Corporate Services Department to ensure that all team's policies and procedures comply with regulations and requirements.
• Handle special tasks and ad hoc assignments.
• Provide coaching and guidance to subordinates as required to ensure that they are competent to perform the jobs.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in lease and financial management field is preferred;
• Good exposure in financial management for Corporate Services function is an advantage;
• Excellent project, stakeholder and people management skills;
• Sound knowledge in lease management related in commercial and residential leasing;
• Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
