Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a highly motivated Senior Leasing Manager to lead tenant-side property leasing for branch networks and expansion projects in Hong Kong.

You will develop rental budgets, leasing plans and strategies, conduct market research, source properties, review legal documents, and present market insights to senior management, ensuring compliance with bank guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Real Estate Management or Property or related disciplines.
• Chartered member of HKIS/MRICS or related professional bodies preferred.
• Holder of EAA Licence.
• At least 15 years’ experience on tenant side property leasing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong market sense.
• Good command of written English and Chinese with excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop rental budgets, leasing plans and strategies to achieve targets and goals.
• Conduct property market research and source potential properties for branch, ATM, and other network expansions.
• Independently manage and handle all leasing-related matters, scrutinize legal documents, and ensure familiarity with procedures.
• Prepare market reports and present to senior management.
• Manage services and deliverables in compliance with in-house guidelines and policies.
