The role involves driving asset enhancement, vendor performance reviews, and cross-department advisory support to senior management.

Qualified candidates bring 13+ years of experience in property management, with strong communication skills and a track record of team

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Property Management, Estate Management or related disciplines.
• At least 13 years of solid property and facilities management experiences with proven track record.
• Professional membership of MCIH / MHKIH/ Tier 1 PMP License is a plus to this role.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve site issues and manage a sizable team.
• Results driven, self-initiative, excellent in communications abilities.
