Qualifications

• At least 13 years of solid property and facilities management experiences.
• Professional membership of MCIH / MHKIH / PMP license is a plus.
• Strong communications and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team for full spectrum of portfolio management services
• Oversee asset enhancement and minor works for luxury properties
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the portfolio and clubhouses
• Review vendors' performance to promote quality initiatives
