Job summary

Charterhouse Limited seeks a Deputy General Manager for Asset Management in Hong Kong to lead strategic initiatives for a diversified portfolio. You will drive feasibility studies, market intelligence, budgeting and P&L management while guiding leasing campaigns and tenant performance analysis.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and a proactive, data-driven approach to optimize asset value and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in surveying, real estate, marketing, business management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of practical experience in retail or commercial sectors, preferably with international players in Hong Kong.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Forward-thinking, self-motivated and excellent communications skills.
• Extensive exposure in full cycle of property development.

• Responsible for feasibility studies and prepare the report to top management
• Collect market insights and intelligence to identify business initiatives
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance, ensuring alignment with group objectives
• Develop leasing and marketing campaigns and optimize operations efficiency
• Staying abreast on market dynamics and industry trends
• Apply data-analytic approach for occupancy, rental income, foot traffic, and tenant sales to drive performance improvements
• Closely liaison with internal and external stakeholders ensure operational excellence and timely reporting to senior leadership

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary educated in surveying, real estate, marketing, business management or related disciplines
• Possess a minimum of 8 years of practical experience for retail or commercial, preferably with international leading players in Hong Kong.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Forward-thinking, self-motivated and excellent communications skills
