Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the full spectrum of administration services and facilities upkeep. The role requires strong leadership with 3+ years in a managerial position and extensive hands-on FM experience.

The incumbent will conduct regular site inspections, manage related services, and be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays. A degree in electrical/building services or related discipline is preferred along with a diploma or

• 5-8 years relevant experience in property or facilities management.
• Diploma holder or above on property / facilities management.
• At least 1 years' relevant working experience in facilities management.
