Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced estate/asset management professional to supervise a property portfolio and drive leasing initiatives. The role requires a degree in asset or property management and a PMP Tier 1 license is preferred. Weekend and public holiday work may be required.

You will ensure high-quality service to clients and occupants, monitor overseas investments, and lead the leasing team with strong market sense and proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience
• 4-6 years' relevant experience in retail leasing
• Conversant with BMO, DMC and related ordinances
• Holders of PMP (Tier 1) Licence preferred
• Degree or above in asset management, property management or related disciplines
