Job summary

HKSH Medical Group Limited is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Hong Kong to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital systems, including HVAC, Medical Gas, Lifts, and BMS. You will manage in-house teams and contractors, handle tenders and budgets, and coordinate with project teams for handovers and training.

Fluent in Chinese and English, you should be independent, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience maintaining MEP facilities.
• Holder of Grade B Registered Electrical Worker License preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, Medical Gas, Lifts and BMS systems.
• Manage in-house maintenance teams and outsourced contractors for compliance.
• Obtain quotations, manage tenders, and oversee budgets and payments.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants and contractors for handovers and training.
• Assist Engineer in developing skills and technologies to improve hospital systems.
• Prepare work instructions and guidelines for routine maintenance of plants and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
