Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society is seeking an experienced Building Services Maintenance Superintendent to plan preventive maintenance and supervise fault diagnosis for building systems in Hong Kong. You will administer contracts, propose improvements, and manage budgets to ensure safety and occupant comfort.

Strong leadership and bilingual communication (Chinese and English) with knowledge of local regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Building Services or Electrical Engineering.
• 12 years’ maintenance experience in HK building services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programmes for building services assets.
• Supervise fault diagnosis and recovery during major system breakdowns and initiate contingency action plans.
• Administer contracts for building services maintenance/repair works and settle disputes with contractors.
