Job summary

HKSH Medical Group Limited is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Hong Kong to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital systems, including HVAC, Medical Gas, Lifts, and BMS. You will manage in-house teams and contractors, handle tenders and budgets, and coordinate with project teams for handovers and training.

Fluent in Chinese and English, you should be independent, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience maintaining MEP facilities.
• Holder of Grade B Registered Electrical Worker License preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of healthcare systems, including HVAC , Medical Gas, Lifts, and Building Management (BMS) Systems

Manage and evaluate the performance of in-house maintenance teams and outsourced contractors to ensure compliance with necessary requirements

Obtain quotations, manage tenders, and oversee budget and payment settlements for maintenance and repair activities

Liaise and coordinate with project teams, consultants and contractors for project handovers, training, and defect rectification

Assist Engineer in developing skills and technologies to improve the performance of hospital systems

Prepare work instructions, procedures, and guidelines for routine maintenance of plants, facilities and equipment

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintaining MEP facilities

Holder of a Grade B Registered Electrical Worker License is preferred

Good interpersonal and communication skill

Independent, self-motivated and detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Fluent in spoken & written Chinese and English
