The role focuses on KPI monitoring, client development planning, VIP events support, and collaboration with retail teams. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 8 years of CRM experience in Retail / Beauty / Luxury Fashion / W&J industry.
• Sensitive to numbers with strong analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent English and Chinese.
