The role requires deep experience in luxury service environments, exceptional interpersonal skills, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to connect with ultra-affluent clientele

Qualifications

• 12+ years in client development/experience in luxury sectors (retail, clubs, hospitality, or luxury auctions).
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills with emotional intelligence for ultra-affluent clientele.

• Strategic Growth: Design strategies to recruit, grow, and retain top tier VIP members (UHNW) and hit ecosystem sales goals.
• Bespoke Partnerships: Partner with luxury brands to curate private, exclusive client events and unique retail activations.
• Team Leadership: Manage concierge and elite client relationship teams to deliver world-class hospitality and experience.
• CRM & Data Analytics: Oversee advanced CRM operations to track spending behaviors, preferences, and lifestyle patterns of top spenders.
• Rewards & Retention: Brainstorm and execute high-end reward concepts, private previews, and personalized gifting initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• 12+ years in client development/ experience role in luxury retail management, private membership club, high-end hospitality, or luxury auction house with 5+ years of team management
• Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills with emotional intelligence suited for ultra-affluent clientele.
• Experienced in driving client lifetime value, engagement and stickiness
• Full professional proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
