Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hong Kong hires a maintenance technician to inspect and service building systems onsite. You will routinely check HVAC, plumbing, drainage, lifts, fire services, and electrical/ELV components, log findings, and coordinate repairs with engineers.

The role requires flexibility to work shifts from Monday to Saturday and travel across Hong Kong. You will follow the maintenance plan, ensure safety, and support contractors on site while contributing to a safe,

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC, plumbing, drainage, lifts, fire services, and electrical/ELV systems.
• Ability to read maintenance plans and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular visual inspection on HVAC, plumbing and drainage, lift, fire services, and electrical/ELV systems.
• Maintain records of incidents of malfunction.
• Report faults to Technical Manager and arrange repairs and maintenance.
• Complete maintenance per plan and submit checklist on time.
• Attend/monitor contractor works as directed by Engineers.
• Carry out safety precautions at all times.
• Travel to work anywhere in HK as required.
• Shift duty Monday to Saturday.
