Public Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking a Branch Operations Officer to oversee daily branch operations and lead a small team of officers and tellers, delivering sales and customer services. The role requires secondary education or above with at least 5 years relevant experience; MPF, HKSI and IIQE qualifications are preferred.

Fluency in English and Chinese is essential for this position in Hong Kong. The role offers a Full Time / Permanent contract with competitive benefits including Life

• Oversee branch operations and lead a small team of officers and tellers to perform sales and customer services activities
• Ensure smooth branch operations and that the branch routine is operated in accordance with the established guidelines and procedures
• Secondary education or above with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Qualification of MPF, HKSI and IIQE preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• With Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) qualification is preferable
