Job summary

Interspace is a leading Design & Build firm in Hong Kong. We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator to support our project team in a modern co-working studio, helping manage high-end office fit-out projects for top-tier clients.

You will work with Project Managers and Designers, coordinate site operations, handle procurement and logistics, keep schedules up to date, and learn the Design & Build process with a clear path to become a Project Manager.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred.
• Excellent English communication, spoken and written.
• Fluency in Cantonese and Traditional Chinese.
• Experience in office fit-out or design & build projects is a plus.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Designers to run projects smoothly from start to finish.
• Coordinate daily site operations and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to order materials and track deliveries.
• Update project schedules (Gantt charts) and maintain organized project documents.
• Opportunity to grow into a full Project Manager role.
