Job summary

Asahi Beer Asia Limited is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Operations Lead for Asia to drive regional IT infrastructure strategy, governance and service delivery across multiple markets. You will lead regional teams, partners, and vendors to ensure secure, scalable technology services aligned with business priorities.

The role requires 10+ years in IT infrastructure/ops, strong cloud experience (Azure/Alicloud), cybersecurity focus, and proven leadership across geographically dispersed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• A min. of 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Operations, or Technology Services, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing regional infrastructure environments and multi-locations operations.
• Professional certificates would be advantageous: Azure, Alicloud, Microsoft 365/Intune, Cisco CCNA/CCNE, ITIL v4.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional infrastructure roadmap in alignment with Global IT strategy and business priorities.
• Oversee regional infrastructure environments including data centers, cloud platforms, networks, workplace technology, and endpoint services.
• Ensure infrastructure availability, reliability, performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, standardization, and technology lifecycle management initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve operational effectiveness and business value.
• Lead day-to-day IT operations across the regions, ensuring stable and efficient service delivery.
