The Infrastructure & Operations Lead, Asia is responsible for leading the regional IT infrastructure and operations strategy, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable technology services across the key markets. The role oversees infrastructure roadmap development, operations, service delivery, cybersecurity compliance, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence.
The incumbent acts as a key partner to business and functional leaders, translating business requirements into technology solutions while driving operational efficiency, service quality, and technology governance across the region.
