Job summary

MCG Asia in Hong Kong seeks a high-calibre consulting professional with strong management consulting experience to transition client-side, leading complex cultural programmes for public, private, and non-profit clients across arts, heritage, luxury, and creative sectors.

You will blend rigorous project management with stakeholder engagement, shaping strategy, operating models, and policy frameworks while coordinating artists, cultural institutions, and government partners.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent advisory role.
• Proven track record delivering multi-workstream projects with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in policy, culture or creative industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stakeholder consulting programmes and cultural programmes (strategy, operating model, policy, funding frameworks, organisational design, etc.).
• Define project scope, workplans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to high quality standards.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners (artists, cultural institutions, government bodies, funders, NGOs).
