Job summary

MCG Asia is seeking an experienced stakeholder engagement professional in Hong Kong to support the development and execution of initiatives that strengthen relationships with community leaders, grantees, partners and other key stakeholders. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact events and coordinating publicity while collaborating with internal teams to further social impact.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years’ experience in event management or related fields,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in event management, stakeholder engagement, customer relations or marketing communications.
• Strong experience in event coordination and stakeholder relationship management.
• Exposure to the social welfare, community services, non‑profit or philanthropy sector would be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholder engagement and outreach initiatives with community leaders, grantees, partners and senior stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver major signature events, ceremonies, forums and community initiatives.
• Coordinate publicity and acknowledgement activities for grantees and project partners.
• Work closely with internal programme teams and cross-functional stakeholders to execute engagement strategies.
• Support the organisation’s participation in external events, launches, seminars and community activities.
• Manage event logistics, materials, risk monitoring and issue escalation.
• Support budget tracking, procurement and day‑to‑day operational activities.
• Contribute to internal staff engagement and collaborative initiatives.
